About Iliff

Built in 1921, becoming MAT friendly in 2019, we have a remodeled, brick 2-Family home. We are able to comfortably house 18 men.

At Illif we have 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 full baths, and a full basement. There is an exercise room with equipment, a business center with 2 computers, printer, free WiFi, landline phone and really great AC flow throughout the entire house. We have a full front porch with a large balcony above. In our fenced back yard, there is a fire pit and a grill. The driveway can hold 5 cars and there is safe parking on the street.

One of our neighbors is a school that often donates food items to our guys here. We make sure to stay connected to the neighbors and help anytime needed, especially in the winter.

We make sure to maintain a flow of positive energy here. We hope you feel comfortable and welcome when you walk into our home. Each of us play a role in each other’s recovery and success. We believe in each other and we do our best to keep a motivating system going. We are quick to help one another and are always respectful of each other. The house is full of laughs and positivity. We all set and work toward goals each week and help each other reach them too. There is no time frame on success, no matter how you get there, just get there.
